Welcome to our plastic surgery practice. We have been providing plastic surgery care -- including both cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery -- for our patients in New England and the Boston area since 1986. We are located in Quincy, just off the Southeast Expressway, and are convenient to all South Shore locations.

Dr. Gilbert specializes in cosmetic surgery. His practice offers cosmetic breast surgery, including breast augmentation (breast implants), breast reduction, breast "lifts" (mastopexy), and male breast reduction surgery (gynecomastia); body-contouring surgery, including liposuction, abdominoplasty ("tummy tuck"), and arm reduction; anti-aging surgery, including facelift, neck lift, forehead lift and blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery); and "beautification" procedures such as otoplasty ("ear-pinning") and rhinoplasty ("nose re-shaping").

In the scope of a full plastic surgery practice, Dr. Gilbert also provides reconstructive plastic surgical care for his patients, including excision of benign and malignant skin lesions, breast reconstruction, reconstruction after other forms of cancer surgery, treatment and reconstruction of difficult, chronic wounds, scar revisions and hand surgery (for carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, ganglions and trigger fingers).
